How many hours per month does the retainer include?
The full management retainer typically works out to 15–25 hours per week depending on your brand's complexity. But I scope on outcomes, not hours — you're paying for your marketplace channels to be properly managed, not for me to clock in and out.
Do you work with competing brands?
No. I limit myself to 4–5 retainer clients at a time, and I won't take on two brands in the same niche. You get my full focus without conflict of interest.
What platforms do you cover?
Amazon (UK, US, CA, DE, FR, ES, IT), Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. I've sold on all of them with my own money and managed operations across all simultaneously.
Can you come to our office?
Yes — if you're in the Manchester area, I'm happy to include regular on-site visits as part of the retainer. I work with most clients remotely via Slack, WhatsApp, and Loom, but face-to-face is always an option.
What about photography and design?
The retainer covers strategy and management. Production work like product photography and graphic design is billed separately at cost plus a 15–20% management fee. I'll source and manage the production — you just approve the work.
What if we already have someone in-house?
I'm happy to work alongside your existing team. Many brands have a junior in-house person who handles day-to-day operations while I provide strategy, PPC expertise, and oversight. I can also train and upskill your team as part of the retainer.
