Fulfilment Method
FBA sellers have a significant Buy Box advantage because Amazon trusts its own fulfilment for delivery speed and reliability. FBM sellers can compete but need excellent metrics.
Seller Metrics
- Order Defect Rate: Below 1 percent
- Late Dispatch Rate: Below 4 percent
- Valid Tracking Rate: Above 95 percent
- Customer Response Time: Under 24 hours
Stock Availability
You cannot win the Buy Box if you are out of stock. Consistent availability signals reliability to the algorithm.
